Stephanie Hazle-Lyle - President
Stephanie is a Communication Specialist who helps leaders realize their goals of increasing visibility through customized strategy execution. She is also an Actress, Singer and Advocate with a passion to see persons chart the path to wholeness, leading her to start Girls First International – an initiative designed to help girls at risk of victimisation.
Noelle Wright - Vice President
She stepped onto the stage at age 7 and has been acting ever since. She has shared the stage with the late great Charles Hyatt, the beloved Oliver Samuels and the unforgettable Leonie Forbes in her career so far.
She took home the Actor Boy for Best Supporting Actress in 2011 for her performance in “White Witch” and co- starred in Tarrell Alvin McCraney’s “In The Red & Brown Water” which won the Actor Boy Award for Best Tragedy.
Noelle is currently a highly sought after voice over artist which she credits to her acting background.
She has now switched her focus more from stage to screen and continues to hone her skills as a voice actor for commercials and narrative projects. Onscreen she has appeared in various short films and TV shows, including the feature film “Destiny”, Kurt Wright’s short film “Masterminds”, “The Quiet Noise” & Gabrielle Blackwood’s “Kendal”.
Fae Ellington - Director
A distinguished figure in Jamaican media and theatre arts, Fae brings a wealth of knowledge and influence to the board, championing structural development and sustainability in all facets of the industry. Notably, she was the Jamaica Language Coach for Bob Marley: One Love (2024).
Natasha Griffiths - Director
An accomplished and highly skilled writer-director with over a decade of experience. Some of my work has advanced in notable initiatives such as Sundance Feature and Episodic Labs, Feature Film Lab JA (JAMPRO/British Council/JAFTA), and The Jamaica Film and Television Association (JAFTA) Propella initiative.
With an MFA in screenwriting, l’ve written several features screenplays, multiple one-hour dramas, short series, short screenplays and films, and directed a number of short films.
As an educator, guiding students in the process of unearthing, shaping and producing their various film/TV/ web projects, is a source of immense joy.
My deeply personal and resonant stories are authentic to the Caribbean experience. I seek to apply and hone my skillset and passion on film and television projects that authentically represent Caribbean people across the diaspora (local/regional/world/globe) in our full multi-dimensionality.

I’m a multilingual, award-winning storyteller with over 15 years of international experience in media, photography and film, passionate about crafting resonant, engaging and impactful human-centred stories and working with organisations dedicated to social impact, nature, sustainability, human development, wellbeing and culture. Making waves in the field of television internationally, Brianna Rae is a corporate creative marketer in Film & TV with a passion for storytelling through the lens of directing and producing. She is dedicated to promoting the voices of women in front of and behind the camera, advocating for authentic representation and equitable opportunities.
